Community Involvement

Alison’s Hope for Hearing is an all-volunteer run, non-profit organization, formed in late 2009, shortly after we lost Alison Berry in an automobile accident.

All of its members are dedicated to carrying on Alison’s passion for helping the hearing impaired. For information about how you may become involved with Alison’s Hope for Hearing or information on 501(c)3 status, please contact us via email at info@alisonshopeforhearing.org.

Mackenzie is one of the founding members of Alison’s Hope and participates with the program, helping people get hearing aids that couldn’t afford them.

In honor of Alison, Altitude Audiology will also be celebrating Alison’s birthday in December, with a pair of hearing aids being donated to someone in need in the community. You can nominate people by sending us a message via email at m.thomas@altitudeaudiology.com.

The Bulverde Senior Center, dba Bulverde Spring Branch Activity Center (BSBAC), is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization chartered in October 1991. BSBAC was established to provide services to seniors in the Bulverde/Spring Branch area. Initially, seniors met at the Bulverde Community Center, which they continued for nine years. Since then, we have experienced a continuous growth in membership and programming. Through raised funds and land donation, in April of 2000 BSBAC was able to relocate to its current building.

The Activity Center offers social activities, nutrition & educational programs, community outreach, and health & wellness classes.

Altitude Audiology is a proud sponsor of several booster clubs and teams within the Comal ISD school district. We believe it takes a village to raise a child, and we are happy to contribute to our youth!
