Altitude Audiology is making the following changes to our schedule to
comply with the CDC's guidelines of social distancing. We believe in not
only being socially responsible, but also putting our patient's safety and
health first.
*At this time, we are suspending all WALK-IN patient visits.*
If you are experiencing a hearing aid emergency, for example your hearing
aid has stopped working, please call our office at (830) 438-7766. We may
be able to talk you through troubleshooting the issue or we may schedule
you to come by the office for *curbside service while you sit in your car*.
Curbside service will consist of troubleshooting the issue with the hearing
aid itself. It will not include looking into ears, ear wax removal, hearing
tests or adjusting your hearing aids.
