Community Care Network

The Community Care Network is a program that connects veterans with specific approved healthcare providers in their local communities. If the VA determines that care cannot be provided fast enough at a VA facility, or if travel creates a true hardship, you could qualify for a community-based service.

Once approved, your referral allows you to schedule care directly with a participating provider. Altitude Audiology has been part of this important network for over five years. Both Community Care and hospital care options serve veterans, but they work differently.
VA hospital care takes place inside a VA medical center or clinic.
